Description

Fine cinnamon is all about the inner bark: thin, paper-like layers rolled into a quill that crumbles easily between the fingers. Ours are selected for even colour, tight rolls and a naturally sweet aroma.

Drop a quill into rice, curries and mulled drinks, or grind a piece just before baking for a brightness that pre-ground powder cannot match.
