Description

Black pepper has travelled from the Malabar coast to the world for thousands of years. We choose dense, heavy berries that crack with a snap and release layers of pine, citrus and warm wood before the heat arrives.

Grind it fresh at the table, crush it into rasam, or toast it whole for a deeper, rounder flavour.
